About teacher

Brenda Leentjes is an art teacher with 14 years of classroom experience and a background in interior design. She attended Kendall College of Art and Design for her BFA in interior design and is currently working on her master’s in Art Education. As an artist and teacher, Brenda loves working with children to help them utilize their creative selves. She brings many skills to the classroom, including her energy, creativity, organization, and dedication. In addition to teaching, Brenda enjoys using her talent by creating her art and exploring different media. She has promoted student work by organizing art shows and student digital portfolios and creating custom artwork for private clients.
