Anna Faynberg is currently on the faculty at NY String Academy in Fort Lee, NJ, teaching private violin lessons. Ms. Faynberg has a B.A. in Violin Performance from the Manhattan School of Music, a Masters in Music in Education from Hunter College, and Dalcroze teaching training from the Kaufman Music Center. She is on the faculty at the Thurnauer school of Music in Tenafly, NJ, teaching private violin lessons and early childhood musicianship classes and has taught private and ensemble violin students, from preschool to late teens at the Lucy Moses School and the Special Music School in New York for 12 years and also has experience teaching music theory and ear training. Ms. Faynberg has also taught at the Garden State Academy of Music, Long Island Conservatory, and Queens Music School.
